Shipping policy

SKN Assembly processes all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, while international orders may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. SKN Assembly is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at cate@sknassembly.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
